Sounds like Paulin is a unique project where music, design and human encounters come together.The Cristal Baschet (also known as the glass organ or Lasry crystal organ) is a modern evolution of the euphone, developed from 1952 by brothers Bernard Baschet and François Baschet,in collaboration with pianist Jacques Lasry.Their early experiments metal structures placed on a piano were conceived as ""multi-timbral percussions.""These evolved into a unique instrument: glass rods played with wet fingers, whose vibrations are amplified by metal structures, producing a pure, ethereal sound.At the crossroads of music and sculpture, the Cristal Baschet is now recognized as a work of contemporary sound sculpture, featured in museums and art collections.
