Recorded live at the Waleback in Santa Monica, CA sometime in 1964. Best described as folk with a novelty twist. Musician Robbie Robison was perhaps a bit ahead of his time with this genre of music that (I'll admit) is hard not to like at (least some). Looks to be his sole release. Tunes here that I got the most out of were "My Little Brother", "Frankie-Stein". "Censored Man" (with clever lyrics), the somewhat inspiring "Count Dracula", "Rockin' Werewolf" and the awesome "Tip Toe Through The Wolfbane". This LP possesses a certain warped sense of humor with a sheer innocence to it. Includes liner notes by Alan Brackett (Peanut Butter Conspiracy) and Gray Newell.
