Dirt Emo Vol. 2 [Transparent Blue 12" EP] - Ruston Kelly has established himself as an essential voice, capable of transforming his unsparing self-examination into moments of sublime catharsis. With a lyrical sensibility that constantly shifts from candid to poetic, the South Carolina-born singer/songwriter imbues his songs with equal parts nuanced confession and punk-rock irreverence. Dirt Emo was born out of that influence. It is having peripheral elements of folk, americana, or country wrapped up in a confessional expression drawing. Vol. 2 features 5 tracks on "very sick" transparent blue color 12" vinyl with etching on Side B.
