Vinyl is clean and shiny, but there are surface marks on both sides that do not affect play too much. There is a bit of background noise especially at the beginning of each side. The jacket is fine as well, but there is some ring wear and some general wear. There is a hole punch in the upper left corner and a yellow circle sticker the size of a dime in the upper right corner. The initials "PS" are written on the front...nothing obnoxious.
