Led by guitarist-vocalist Ric Ocasek, The Cars roared out of the Boston clubs in 1978 with this eponymous debut LP. Including an entire disc of previously unreleased material, this deluxe reissue of the 6X-platinum modern rock milestone features special packaging and boasts such hits as "My Best Friend's Girl," "Moving In Stereo," "You're All I've Got Tonight" and more, including the infamous "Just What I Needed" demo, which got the band their Elektra Records deal.
